Peanut Butter Perfection

There are a few recipes I come back to time and time again – tried and true classics that work perfectly every single time. Some I make because I adore them, others because I’m inundated with requests. But a select few get made tens of times each year for both reasons – they’re total crowd pleasers.

Depending how long you’ve been following my blog, you might remember this post from way back in 2011 – Peanut butter bites aka. morsels of happiness. If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you’re guaranteed to fall in love with these!

At the time of that first post I was so attached to the recipe that I couldn’t quite bear to part with it, so I cheekily directed readers to very similar versions instead. But we survived the ‘end of the world’, so I thought I’d celebrate by finally sharing the recipe with you – just click here and take a look!

One of the best things about these treats is how easy they are to make – you don’t need a mixer or any fancy tools, just a wooden spoon and your hands. The most time consuming part of them is the rolling, but its’ so mind-numbingly simple that it’s the perfect thing to do while perched in front of the TV.

I hope you like them – let me know what you think!

Happy New Year!
